The new Bentley Continental GTC is a powerful car with a 552bhp 6.0-litre, 12-cylinder engine and an acceleration that is an eye-blink quick - 0-60mph in 4.8secs.
The car has a top speed of 195mph but its robust health holds well with almost non-existent wobble and dribbles.
Indeed, the ride quality is outstanding – one which you expect to come out from such a famous stable.
The new Bentley Continental GTC drives super with the hood down but when up there is a bit of wind noise to contend with despite the layer being a plush three-layer.
Cars such as the new Bentley Continental GTC are designed for the discerning and therefore carry great value, both inside and outside the showroom, meaning good return for your money when you sell it second-hand.
Nevertheless, this is high-maintenance car and will charge its worth, particularly when it comes to fuel and insurance, being in group 20.
However, truth be told, the new Bentley Continental GTC is an extraordinary car with all the hallmarks of a classic Bentley touch to show.
The car spoils you with super interiors with a dashboard beautifully trimmed in wood and leather. This is craftsmanship at its best.
It is spacious in the front too with plenty of room but beware if you were to ask adults to take the twin rear seats. They may not approve being squeezed in the back where space is at a premium.
